Problem:
Support the training of mortgage writing across 4 recently acquired credit unions so that they were in line with the practices of the acquiring institution.
Solution:
Analyse the current mortgage writing procedures across the organizations to identify shared procedures, then create a single eLearning course that provided branching to the specifics unique to each credit union as required.

The six coloured squares at the bottom of all First West Credit Union's marketing is pulled into this course. Navigational buttons follow this design along with other key graphical elements.

The script development tool I created for this project made is easy for subject matter experts to visualize how their content was going to be presented. This reduced the number of Storyline iterations required to complete the project.
